Original oil painting by Liz Vaughn "Andorian Blue". This may have no bearing on color theory, but I couldn't help being reminded of the blue skinned people from the original Star Trek when I look a this small piece. I did have to compulsively look up the name of the people from that series, the Andorians. Whether you were a fan of Star Trek or not, this pint sized piece is perfect to add a pop of color on bookshelf, or to accent a niche.
