Original mixed media painting by Liz Vaughn. "Welcoming Expanded Consciousness". Something I heard was on a soft replay in my thoughts while I was painting. Loosely interpreted: 'When you realize (feel) you are stuck, it is a sign that you are in the midst of a huge shift". The exhilaration of a breakthrough is addicting, but that can't happen without the bridge of conversation and the space to hold both equally. I have a feeling this might just be the thing that has been happening in the studio. Transformation is magical.
