Original oil painting by Liz Vaughn. "Finding Your North Star". I have always loved and admired abstract painters. I also happen to have an ongoing love affair with flowers (of all varieties). I love, love, love color, with the exception of brown. I love mark making and seeing gestural movements within the paint. Combining all of these elements in one painting was pure magic for me. Experimenting and practice absolutely pay off, and when you least expect it!
